Tree Lot Sponsors
We’ve been selling Christmas trees since 1978.
This is our main fundraiser of the year, and the proceeds go towards supporting the youth of our community. We are increasing our presence on social media and have introduced a new delivery service. Our sales are strong and the people that come to our lot are from this area. We piloted a light version of our new delivery service in 2016 that proved to be very successful and indicative of even better attention and sales this year.
We are starting another new initiative this year to increase our sales, expand our reach, and better bring attention to the community. This year we are looking for sponsors that will contribute to our efforts in fundraising. To accomplish this, we are looking for gift certificates, vouchers, coupons, etc. that we can use in a new raffle that we are kicking off this year.

What are we asking?
We are asking for a contribution to our club gift certificates, coupons, vouchers, etc. that help bring more people to your business. Cash contributions are also accepted. We will run a raffle to help raise funds and need your contributions as raffle prizes.
Mid-November, we will ask you to put up one of our flyers at your location (8” x 11” flyer) telling about our tree lot.
What do you get?
We have about 800 sales each year. With each transaction, we will be handing out a sheet that is attached to the transaction receipt and that includes a list of all of our supporters. 800 Sales means at least 3,000 people that will see our flyer of sponsors.
We will list you on our website as one of our sponsors, including your logo and a link to your website. This will be in place by July 1, 2017 and will stay on our site through the start of our 2018 lot preparation. We plan to be in the parade this year as a way of announcing our new delivery service. We expect a lot of traffic to our website and Facebook page.
Facebook – We will reference you on our Facebook page as a sponsor.
Tree Lot – We will include your name at our tree lot register where every customer will see it.
